Gwadeloop is an innovative global company that gathers talents from all around the world to give birth to your project. Our organization is still unusual for a small company but it give us the flexibility to implement complex projects with an optimum throughput. Our collaborators are selected in a network of highly qualified freelancer based on their talents not on their physical location. However all of them share the fact that they are passionated about their work and are perfectionists. Like many craftsmen we love the tools we are using this is why we primarily use the Open Source Software because they gave us the possibility to directly influence their evolutions.
In addition of this our internal infrastructure take advantage of the latest evolutions in the software industry :

- Cross-browser automated tests
The distributed nature of our team leads us to bring a particular attention to the documentation and to the software packaging of our products. This gives product that are much easier to maintain and deploy.
How do we operate ?
We could join an existing project team and take the roles you assigned us in your project management structure. However since we are mainly taking complete projects, form start to finish, we have developed our own project management process. It is optimized for our organization, it is heavily inspired by "Agile" methodology. In few words we are working by iteration of a 2 weeks cycle, each cycle produce a set of completed features. Delay, scope, quality form an iron triangle where you can only fix 2 parameters so we decided to fix the Delay and the quality and use the scope to adjust the workload.
Project team
A typical project team for us is composed of a part time Project Manager, one or several developpers, and a QA leader. Most of our project requires the addition of a User eXperience specialist.
Each team is composed on demand to match your requirements, Gwadeloop is your interlocutor for the management of the project.
